Slow progress is still a progress

Sometimes we used to do a mistake in our weightloss journey, We start comparing ourselves with others.


That person has lost 7 kgs in a month why I have lost only 2 kgs?


This makes you think that you are going in a wrong way and by thinking such thoughts you prefer to give up soon.


Don’t do this.
May be the other person’s metabolism is more fast or he/she has used any other short cut to do that.


Always remember little progress >>> no progress


So be patient and consistent to be on a permanent weightloss goal journey.
